Add buttons for new templates as needed.

Generation process

Generate guides to PDF to distribute them offline to stakeholders.

Follow these steps:

1. Make sure all pages have a corresponding label; otherwise, they won't be produced in PDF.

   

   Use the noprint label to exclude a page from the PDF.

2. Each PDF contains a document information section on the cover page. Update this information for the user documentation you are exporting:
   1. Open the home page of this space in a new tab by pressing the CTRL key and clicking here.
   2. Click Edit.
      The edit mode displays.
   3. Find properties for the user documentation parts you want to generate.
   4. Verify or update the properties accordingly.
   5. Click Publish.
      This saves your changes and closes the tab.
3. Click the appropriate button under Export buttons on the https://kmglobalrd.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VASCLOUD/pages/25755892 page.
   The PDF export process starts.
4. Verify the content of the PDF output.
5. (Optional) Repeat the steps for other user documentation parts you want to export.

The exported PDF is ready for the stakeholders.
